These Terms of Service Agreement may be changed from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and your use of this Web Site after such changes have been posted will constitute your agreement to the modified Terms of Use and all of the changes.

For Parent/Student
  • ·   The student agrees to make payment in time and in full.        
  •  The student is responsible for payment of fees to Excellent Home Classes and not tutor.  The student must not discuss any other charges with the tutor.
  • The student must not seek, receive or accept tuition from the contracted tutor or any other tutor from our service without prior agreement with Excellent Home Classes.
  • The student agrees to sign the tutor’s time-sheet after each lesson. In addition the student must keep his/her own record of the number of hours/days received.
  • The student is responsible for informing the tutor and Excellent Home Classes of any period where tuition cannot take place or is not required. This include illness, holidays and others periods of absence. Please give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
  • The tutor cannot be held responsible for child minding/babysitting, guarding a house and household effect during the tutoring session. It is the responsibility of the student and/ or nominee to ensure that a responsible adult remains on the premises at all times.
  • The student understands that Excellent Home Classes has the right to suspend or terminate its services at any times. If in our view, there has been a breach of the contract, abuse of our service/company into disrepute.

For Tutors
·    Excellent Home Classes does not automatically accept all tutor applicants. We require a prospective tutor to be at least 18 years old, hold a minimum of certificate/diploma, and must confirm their eligibility to perform private tutoring by providing relevant tutoring experiences.
·         Tutors are expected to provide accurate personal information at all times. Excellent Home Classes will not tolerate tutors misleading clients with fake credentials or fake personal information. All posted content, whether publicly or privately submitted, is the sole responsibility of the tutor. Excellent Home Classes does not take responsibility for the origin of this content.
·         At the point of registration, you have to be in possession of all the original copies of your qualifications as stated in your profile. You will need to present them to us and the client at any time for verification purposes. Before your first tuition lesson with our client, you are required to submit your qualifications through the following methods: scan and email, fax, mail or hand-deliver to our coordinator. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your tuition assignment. 
·         Tutors will conduct teaching at the student’s residence unless specified and agreed upon by both client and tutor.
·         If at any time the client is not satisfied with the tutor, the client may request a replacement. However, the client is responsible for paying the attended tuition fees. 
  • ·       Tutors are expected to design a syllabus to monitor changes and to update teaching subject regularly.
  •  ·         Physical contact with a student is not allowed.
  •  ·         Always deliver a full tuition session.
  •  ·         No verbal abuse is allowed.
  •  ·         No vulgarity is allowed.
  •  ·         Communicate regularly with parents to keep them updated of progress.
  • Any loss to the client’s property i.e tuition place, books of the child, stationary and other stuff by the tutor is highly discouraged by us and tutor would have to pay the losses in any such case
·       We shall protect our tutors' interest within our limitations. However, we will not be held responsible for any unaccepted behavior. Also, we will not act as an arbitrator or mediator for any conflicts or disagreements that arise between the tutor and the student. Nevertheless, we are always prepared to offer our views and suggestions.
